Dear GA,
With all the emotions and the reception during the recent “holiday” in Singapore, I have formed quite a few thoughts about GA’s present and our future, about the directions we should take for sustainable development. But importantly, these thoughts must become reality—they must be acted upon and must shine in the field we have chosen.
In Singapore, there is no concept of negligence, lack of discipline, disrespect, or failing to pursue goals with persistence.
These are the things we need to think about, achieve, and attain.
Regarding GA,
Passion and pride alone are not enough. We need to be stronger, more cautious, and more specific in our dreams and actions towards a well-defined goal, with complete understanding of the internal dynamics and a detailed analysis of competitors based on an understanding of our chosen customer segment.
We have competent staff with a professional orientation, and we can fully trust in the existing abilities and potential. The issue is that we have not yet defined the goal together, or in other words, we have not shared the goal with one another, and there is no integrated motivation and coordination between individual plans and collective actions.
Our customers often talk about “stepping out of the comfort zone,” about “being superior every day,” and “conquering peaks.” We have a solid foundation to align with the rhythm of our customers as we strive to rise.
Having the same thoughts as our customers,
Having the same range of actions as our customers,
Having the same understanding as our customers,
Having the same feelings and vision as our customers.
The story still comes back to:
It’s not about where you go, but who you go with—who we go with.
Because it’s about inspiration,
Because it’s about equality and transparency,
Because it’s a collective of emotions,
The story links back to Singapore.
When every action, thought, and plan is dedicated to assured, sustainable, and passionate development, the goal will always be within reach.
With all the emotions gained from Singapore, I believe that the difference in our thinking can indeed succeed, shine, and be respected in the Agency industry.
What remains is how we apply this to our own actions.
